Shipping & returns
Delivery
We deliver across South Africa. Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 working days. A flat delivery fee applies, and delivery is free on orders over R800. Tracking is provided where available.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the item is received.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
